The Operator processes personal data by performing an action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with or without automation tools use with personal data, including personal data collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction.

The list of my personal data for processing of which this consent is given: Last name, first name, patronymic, e-mail address, mobile phone number, and residential address, including city, street, house and apartment numbers.

The Operator has the right to process personal data for the purposes of contact establishment and its maintaining between the Subject and the Operator for communication regarding purchased (or being purchased) services, goods, as well as for possible future purchases of the Operator's services, and for the purpose of shipping goods.

This consent is valid for three years from the date of its receipt. I confirm that I have been informed about the processing of my personal data by the person specified in the Consent and for the purposes specified in this Consent.

The Consent is given on the website at the domain https://miss-brics.ru, subdomain https://shop.miss-brics.ru by checking the designated box in the appropriate field. The specified form of consent for processing of personal data is specific, informative, and conscious, and is given in a form that allows confirmation of its receipt.

The conditions for personal data processing termination occur at the term expiration specified in this consent, or the Operator's receipt of this written consent revocation. The Operator shall terminate personal data processing and destroy it within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of declared revocation receipt. The Operator reserves the right to continue processing personal data to the extent consistent with data processing without requirement consent under the current legislation after receiving the revocation of this consent, as well as after the expiration of this consent.
